How Warranty Repair Works
- Call us to confirm we can work with your provider. 2. We diagnose the concern and prepare required estimates or documentation. 3. The administrator reviews coverage and authorizes eligible work. 4. Repairs begin after authorization and customer approval.
Coverage & Authorization
Coverage varies by contract, component, failure and provider. Your administrator—not Colorado’s Premier—determines coverage, deductibles and authorization. Additional diagnosis, maintenance, teardown and non-covered charges may require customer approval.

RV refrigerators, furnaces, water heaters and air conditioners; slide-room and hydraulic leveling systems; electrical, plumbing and other house-side systems; and trailer axles, suspension, bearings and electric brakes.

Please have your warranty company or administrator name, contract number, RV year, make and model, and a clear description of the symptoms. If a claim is already open, please also have the claim or authorization number available.
